Adding comments in Mox is easy. Here’s how to start:

Upload the PDF artwork file to Mox. Do this by dragging and dropping the file into the Mox platform or by selecting the file from your computer.
Click the Review button.
Select a markup tool (rectangle, oval, freehand, highlight or text annotation).
Change the markup color if needed to distinguish your markups from those of other collaborators, or to make the markup stand out against the artwork.
Click and drag to add markups to the PDF. The comment box appears so you can type in your comment and save your annotation.

The same markup tools and technique for markup that is used for PDF is applicable for other file types with the exception of the text annotation markup tool. This tool can only be used for PDFs and documents that have live text.

Mox also supports annotations and approvals for Microsoft Office documents, image formats (PNG, JPG, BMP, GIF), video and audio formats (MP4, MP3), TIFFs, PS/EPS, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
